IMPORTANT NOTES:
Ending class times on the driving range may go beyond 12:00 P.M.
/ 6:00 PM or the ending time posted on your e-mail receipt in order to meet
the training objectives. Every class moves along at a different pace.

You will not be allowed to take the class if you arrive after 15 MINUTES OR MORE after your class start time.(classroom). If you arrive 15 minutes late or later on classroom (day 1), your seat will be forfeited, given to another student and you will not be allowed to participate and not entitled to a refund, reschedule or a free class. You will be required to purchase another class at full price if you want to take the class on another date.We must start on time for the classroom and the range exercises. THE DOORS WILL BE CLOSED AND Your position will be forfeited, tuition & fees will be non refundable.
On driving range days, you must be on time for each exercise or you will NOT be allowed to continue. Your tuition and fees will be forfeited. No refunds. NO free reschedules.
ALL mail in payments are to be made by money orders unless authorized in
advance by MSCV.
If MSCV, Inc. authorizes payment by check ,there will be a $40.00 processing
fee assessed on all returned checks. MSCV, Inc. Post office Box 6162, Ashland,

Completion Card DMV 30 day temporary license/waiver expires 1 year from the date of issue.
Request for replacement of completion cards - by mail ONLY, include first,
middle and last name, address, driver's license # and state the license is
issued issued, DOB , phone number, class date along with payment of $35.00 per card
for processing. Please specify which card you are requesting to replace!

The MSF completion card can ONLY be replaced 24 months or less from the date of issue. The DMV Completion card can only be replaced 12 months or less from original date issued.
We furnish the motorcycles and helmets for the BRC classes. No personal motorcycles are allowed for use with the BRC course. You may use your own helmet for any course if DOT approved and it is 3/4 or full face. (NO HALF SHELL HELMETS ALLOWED.)
Inclement weather cancellations by MSCV, Inc. or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control: call us @ 804-368-0989 extension #4, for a recorded message regarding your class. If a cancellation is necessary we will have a message on extension #4 stating the reason and recourse. If there is no message referencing the weather or circumstances, then your class is still scheduled to begin. If cancelled, you will have one year from the date of cancellation to reschedule your class. NO REFUNDS. We do not charge to reschedule due to a weather related cancellation when cancelled by MSCV only. (A one time FREE reschedule will be offered for this event.)
